“Railroad Square has always meant something to me because it’s one of the first places where I saw how people gather, even when everything around it is under construction. Watching people create, gather, and support each other there reminds me why I want to be a Broadcast Journalist.
“This package was really fun for me; it ended up being a lot of fun once it was finished. I was nervous at first because of the location and the facility, but pushing through made the final result even more rewarding.”

One great thing that happened during this newscast is that I not only passed the course, but I also built real friendships with my classmates as we connected over politics and sports the way it’s supposed to be.
